ALL EXTERIOR improvements/changes must be routed through the HOA Architecture Committee. Including, but not limited to: Fencing, Pergolas, Roofing, Siding, Flagpoles, Pools, Concrete Pads, Deck, etc.

Historically the Annual BCE Community Garage Sale has been held the weekend before Father’s Day in June.
June 4, 5, & 6, 2025 -
Our community uses Republic Services, this is included in your dues payment. Trash is picked every Friday morning, and Recycling is picked up every other Monday morning. We recommend getting your bins out by 6am the day of or putting them out the night before.
